FOR FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE CLASS RULES:
First failure:

ten minutes reflection time
Second failure:

twenty minutes reflection time
Third failure:

thirty minutes reflection time
Forth and subsequent failure:
a)
parents contacted and conference scheduled
b)
forty-five minutes reflection time
c)
if necessary, a conference
with the assistant principal
REWARD
FOR SUCCESS IN FULFILLING THE CLASS RULES:
Regular schedule class: Six minutes of non-academic time
on Friday for each day the entire class fulfills all class rules.
Block schedule class: 12 minutes of non-academic time
during the last class of the current week for each day the entire class
fulfills all the class rules.
*A tardy occurs when a student is not in the classroom prior to the ringing of the tardy bell. Since ‘prior’ means before, you are expected to be in this room before the tardy bell rings. “During” is not before! If you are tardy you must go and get a tardy slip from the attendance office. The school’s policy for tardy will be in effect for this class.
